| Main
Body The inner part or 'main body' is manufactured by injection molding, a thermoplastic polymer. The material used is ABS, a chemical resistant plastic. The outer section is formed in a semi-circle shape to accommodate the expansion seal. |

| Expansion
Seal Round rubber tubing forms the outer part of the Panseal, which is bonded to the main body. Chemical resistant rubber is used allowing the tubing to expand, creating a double seal. A watertight seal is achieved between tubing and the inner wall of the pan and a secondary seal is formed underneath the rim. A Schrader valve is fitted to the tube for air inflation. |
