PATENT PROTECTED ... Pat No: EP. 04253558.3
The unique Aquatite 'Panseal' was specially designed to prevent sewage back flow through the toilet system.
The unit is made up in two parts:
Part One: Main Body
Part Two: Expansion Seal

Main Body
The inner part or 'main body' is manufactured by injection molding, a thermoplastic polymer.
The material used is ABS, a chemical resistant plastic.
The outer section is formed in a semi-circle shape to accommodate the expansion seal.
Expansion Seal
Round rubber tubing forms the outer part of the Panseal, which is bonded to the main body.
Chemical resistant rubber is used allowing the tubing to expand, creating a double seal. A watertight seal is achieved between tubing and the inner wall of the pan and a secondary seal is formed underneath the rim.
A Schrader valve is fitted to the tube for air inflation
.

Operation
The 'Panseal' is positioned directly below the pan rim. Air is applied via the Schrader valve and the expansion takes place creating the required seal.
To deflate, press the centre plunger of the Schrader valve. PRINT OUR ORDER FORM
